How to start custom beach towels?

1, confirm the material and fabric.

Normally there are two type of material for beach towels. 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blender, 100% polyester, polyester-polyamide blend.

Here is our popular beach towels. Microfiber waffle weave beach towel, microfiber suede beach towel.

2, confirm the size.

Normal size is 80*160cm ( 31*63inch). Certainly, we do many large size like 90*180cm, 160*160cm, 100*200cm etc.

3, confirm pattern. ( Ai/ vector files will be better)

The patterns on beach towels mostly is digital print/ sublimation, to make sure the color / graphics are shiny and stunning.

One side or tow side sublimation is available for customer choose. Please notice, if you choose one side sublimation, then another side is blank white.

4, Label / Elastic Band / Hanging loop (optional/ not necessary)

Like wash label, logo label, hanging loop, elastic band. You can choose these elements on your towel for easy hang or carry.

5, Package

Free option is opp bag. If you want to enhance your brand, the a custom carry bag is important. Such as mesh bag ( round /square), ployester bag, cotton bag, microfiber suede bag etc.

Till then, you have finished your own beach towel.
