5 Different Type Fabric of Microfiber Beach Towels

Here Oak textile would like to introduce top 5 beach towel fabric which are popular in the market. We follow some features like: material, weight, drying, absorbency, washability, and color fastness.

1, Polyester-cotton blend

This fabric weight range is 200~500GSM, one side is cotton another is polyester. Normally printed pattern on the polyester side, by sublimation print or reactive print. The water absorbent is fine and dry time is fast than cotton base on same weight. Cold wash by hand or machine is available. Color fastness is fine due to digital print.

2, Microfiber suede

This Fabric is the most cost-effective choice for beach towel. Material can do 100% polyester ,88% polyester + 12% polyamide, 80% polyester +20% polyamide. All polyester content can be replaced by RPET polyester. It is super light, fabric weight normally 200-220GSM. Quick dry, 3~5 times fast than cotton towel. Cold wash by hand or machine is available. Color fastness is different depend on dyeing or printing.

3, Microfiber waffle weave

If you think the microfiber suede fabric is too light, then this waffle weave fabric will be a better choice. Fabric weight around 350~380GSM. But it still light than cotton beach towel. A 80X160cm waffle weave fabric is about 450gram. As a microfiber beach towel, is has advantage like quick dry, water absorbent. Color fastness is fine. Cold wash by hand and machine is available.

4, Microfiber anti-slip fabric

Microfiber ant slip cloth is also called microfiber fancy gauze. Because of its granular surface, it provides strong scraping force. Microfiber ant cloth is a kind of woven fabric, which is the earliest microfiber woven fabric with strong durability. The weight is about 350-380gsm same as waffle weave fabric. Normally used as yoga towel because the strong scratching force, and non-slip feature.

5, Microfiber corduroy weave

This is a new weave way of microfiber fabric. This is a polyester fabric with microfiber textured surface. Soft and textured to the touch. Mostly is solid color. A medium-lightweight microfiber fabric featuring a corduroy appearance.
